Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please include the following information with your return:

Order Number

Returns are subject to a $4 (per item) restocking fee.

Exchanges

Please go ahead and purchase the item(s) that you would like. Then return the unworn, tagged item that doesn't work along with your packing slip (or your name and order number if you don't have it) within 30 days of package receipt. I will credit your original shipping $5 as this is an exchange and our restocking fees will be waived. 

We like for you to go ahead and purchase the new item because we don't offer holds; this way you are sure it doesn't go out of stock.
